  • Entering customer information onto a computer database
  • Taking payment for goods or services
  • Giving refunds

What do Customer Service Operatives do?

You could work in an office or on a customer service desk. You'll spend a lot of your time on the phone and using a computer. The working environment can be busy.

What qualifications do I need for this apprenticeship?

To be considered for this apprenticeship you must have achieved GCSE grade A*- D (or equivalent) in English & maths. If your grades are below this we will invite you to attend an interview and assessment session where we will discuss your options.
