What does a Vehicle Parts Consultant do?

Vehicle Parts Consultants have an important role in providing essential support and customer service. As a Parts Consultant you will be required to combine your communication skills, outgoing personality and the ability to deal with people in order to advise customers on vehicle parts, components and accessories, take orders and control and organise stock.

What qualifications do I need for this apprenticeship?

To be considered for this apprenticeship you must have achieved GCSE grade A*- D (or equivalent) in English & maths. If your grades are below this we will invite you to attend an interview and assessment session where we will discuss your options.
